We’re on our way home, waiting at Schipol for our connection back home to Montreal. Last night in Glasgow was amazing, playing the “Ultra Classic” venue, King Tut’s. We hung out a bit in the backstage room with Alice Gold, who played our UK shows with us. She’s got an incredible voice. Of course, our last show, everything starts breaking: Roberto’s bass head died, and the tour bus’ engine decided it would start whenever it was gosh-darn ready. Such cursing from our driver! We’re used to it. So this morning, while it was still dark outside, we bid adieu to the temperamental bus, and our crew: driver Shameless and Sir Lord Richard Anthony Spike Holifield, FOH. Lots of love to all who came out to the shows, to the fans we met after the gigs, to everyone, until next time.
